If you tried to look at my blog anytime this afternoon, you might have noticed some funky things going on, and just take a look around to see why!
How do you like it? Personally, I love it. I mean, I'm the blog owner, so if I don't love it, I'm not going to keep it, but that's beside the point. The real point is I'm asking you, the readers, what you think. Does it look like me, is it too busy, does it look way to matchy and coordinated, etc.? Any and all input is welcome, and that's what the comment section is for, hint hint! :)
A huge thanks to Emily, who helped me keep my sanity intact, although there was one time we both almost lost it when we couldn't figured out why a feature that was there one minute ago then wasn't the next. Also? She laughed when I started to talk funny, when we tried to diagnose a pain in our abdomen, then figured out it was because we were hungry, calmed me down when I was this close to having a panic attack because the screen went blank (it was saving the changes we were making. phew.), and just generally made the switch over to my own designed template a lot less scarier.
Obviously, some things still need tweaking, like my sidebars and widgets, but that's nothing I can't knock out in an afternoon on a weekend. Bear with me as I try and get it just so, and don't be surprised if a certain widget isn't in the same place it was when you visited here last. If something seems really weird and out of place, feel free to email me. Another thing to email me about is if you have a commenter counter on your sidebar. I'm in dire need for one, and I've been searching for them all over Swagbucks, but to no avail!
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to stare at my blog for a little while. Just kidding, I'm unplugging for pretty much the whole weekend since I'm going to be uber busy. I might be unplugging because I'm about to go crazy if I look at a computer screen any longer, but who's to say? You know what wouldn't surprise me? If I dreamed about HTML, templates, cropping photos, designing headers, and orange things...
P.S. If you're wondering what this means for my monthly makeovers, I won't leave you in the dark any longer. Basically, it boils down to this: I'll still do makeovers, but they'll be seasonal instead of monthly. This particular background will stay until Christmas. I've put to much effort into this to try and figure it out on my own, but I'll get there someday. Monthly makeover's aren't going to be gone forever, don't worry!
Your blog looks great! I know that was a lot of hard work!
