wow, that was some snow...

...Not! 

This picture was taken about an hour and a half after it stopped snowing, if that tells you anything. And! It was completely melted before the sun set. Yep, that was totally deserving of the cancellations and 2 hr. delays Eastern NC had. Totally.

{more pics to come tomorrow. the only good out of this snow? this light, fluffy, wet snow makes for even better snow pictures. especially on little random plants around the yard. winter isn't all that bad, i guess... ;)}
