Now, if you're a new reader, you've probably wondering what in the world I'm talking about...and with good reason. You see, Eastern NC goes into a full-blown panic mode when the mere threat of snow becomes a reality. Rain is also an issue, but that's a whole other story for a whole other time and blog post.
