installment four of the beach dresses

{Dress} Local beach shop {Belt} Hand-me-down {Shoes} Sam's

I promise ya'll won't be subjected to anymore of my remenising about how I came to collect all my favorite dresses from the local beach shop we go to every year. Even though I have six of them and I've only shown you four. After this story I'll keep my sappy stories to myself.

This was the first dress I ever bought at the Dragonfly Boutique, and it was on the clearance rack because the arm holes somehow ended up at your belly button. I was determined to fix it because it was lavender aka my VERY FAVORITE COLOR. and sewed about an inch and a half on both sides in order for it to fit. Now it's the longer longer dress I wear because it is so comfy.

May my readers find their perfect summer dress and wear it every week of the summer like I do.

Pea Ess: Notice the long-ish (for me) hair?! It's growing guys! I'm so excited for it to grow out again...I can't wait to try out my hand at fishtailing my OWN hair and wearing a sock bun and all the things you can't do with a short hair cut. Which is basically anything but ya know.

our new houseguest

Twiggy-girl is the only kitten left, and we moved her into Bullet's old spot so we can now scoop her poop and let her dump her food bowl out in the nice, cool air conditioning.

It's a good thing she's cute. I mean, really, she is adorable. See?

Yep, we love her.

It's Juneee, peoples. AKA...MAH BIRFDAY MONTH!

(I apologize for the annoying caps and crazy spelling. Birthdays make me a little cray cray.)

In addition to little ol' me turning 17 (say what?!), about a billion of my other friends and cousins are June babies. Summer kicks off on the 21st, we start watching the Woodleys, Clark goes off to a local camp for a week, and I workworkwork. Oh yeah, and the WOL Camp 2012 countdown starts.

And, to go with a new month, it's a whole new blog look. Blues and greens to cool things down for the summer months. I was getting tired of looking at myself and don't even try to say ya'll weren't tired of me staring at you every time you opened my blog. So I shook things up a little and gave ya'll a little break from the many faces of SA.

EDIT: the blog was SUPER wonky yesterday and today, and after some help from Emily, all is right! What do you think?
