It's the beginning of the month, and you know what that means...the new issue of Challegning Femininity hits stands, er, the FF website. As always, it's filled with awesome articles and short stories. Jocelyn really knows how to attract readers, I'll tell you that!
Speaking of a new CF issue...
If you're a follower of the Feelin Feminine website, you know that a new issue of CF brings along a new host for the Challenge. This month's host is none other than Miss Emmylou, and when I heard that, it was like icing on the cake. You know, a big, feminine cake! And, best of all, Mama said she'd join in on all the fun, so look out blogging world, here comes my Mama, in a good way of course.
Have a great 4th, everyone. Oh, and FYI, just so you don't freak out...I do have a post scheduled for tomorrow. Obviously not the first challenge day, but just a little something about the holiday.

june issue of CF

The June issue of Challenging Femininity is out, so click on the picture above to go check it out! This issue's got a lot great articles, like shaving, which I never thought as a biblical thing like she does, must haves for summer wear, along with a new challenge. It starts today, so go over to Katy's and leave a comment telling her that you can't wait until it starts. It's okay if you didn't really start today, just start tomorrow. I know she'll be happy if you do! I'm sticking to my whole pattern of doing the Challenge every other month, so I'm sitting this one out. I'll be back, with some all new skirts and dresses next month, so watch out. :) You knows I might even ask Miss Jocelyn to let me host it!

i'm feelin' feminine...again!

It's the beginning of the month, so that means a new issue of Challenging Femininity over at Feelin' Feminine. And a new issue of Challenging Femininity means a new Challenge. That sounded pretty redundant, didn't it?
This month's Challenge is hosted by Emily (not to be confused with Practically Pink's Emily), so go on over and check things out, then go back on over to Feelin' Feminine, sign up with that really cool Mcklinky thing, but only if you feel led to. I wasn't really sure if I was going to do it, since I over-analyze things, but it's just wearing skirts for a week, right? Um, not so much. It's a statement of faith and, no duh, femininity. See why it was hard? Also, I wear my bathing suit more than actual clothes in the summer, so my summer wardrobe isn't all that great. I do believe a trip to Target is in order, don't you?
I'll have my post for Day One up a little later today, so be on the outlook! **UPDATE** It's going to be more like later tonight, but don't let that stop you! Also, I'm leaving you with a challenge all my own. Ready? I challenge you to write a post with "challenge" in it more than I do! And throw in some links, why don't you? Sorry, couldn't resist! :)

i'm feelin' feminine

You, my fellow readers, are looking at, er, reading the words of March's Feelin' Feminine Challenge host!!
I couldn't be more excited about it and I'm hoping that you'll join me as I embark on the great journey of wearing skirts for a full week. If not, that's fine, but I'll tell you one thing, you're missing out on a great thing.
What's that? When does it start? In T-minus three days (that's the 2nd, a Tuesday, for you people that have a hard time with math. Like, ahem, myself.), so get ready!
